Built so many wordpress sites, but most where epic failures. This is due to the fact that I am a newbie when I started way back.
My basic knowledge in internet marketing is from Niche Profit Classroom and forever I am thankful to the man behind that, Adam Short.
Had my best training on On Page SEO while I was using the premium wordpress plugin, SEO Pressor. With that tool I learned many and useful things such as how to use and position your keyword throughout your post or page.
With SEO Pressor I learned that the keyword should be on:
- Title of the post or page
- Description
- Meta keywords
- Tagged on an image
- Videos you embed
- There should at most be 2% KW density
- If possible put the keyword on each paragraph
Basic isn’t it? But very important, I know everyone will agree.
The best keyword research TRAINING I had was when I was working for Banjo and Wilde of Australian Web Marketers. Banjo showed me how to get related keywords for specific and already available main keyword. After that he showed me how to get LSI keywords and where to get it. We have it from LSIkeywords.com.
The best keyword EXPERIENCE I had was when I was doing research for a local niche for Wes of Speedy Media. It was very fulfilling doing that task especially when I was able to get him a dot NET and dot ORG domain, for which the dot COM was for sale in godaddy at $700, imagine that!!!
